研究目的：

在首发未曾用药的精神分裂症患者中探索抗精神病药所致体重增加,肽类代谢调节激素和代谢参数变化之间的联系。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the association among antipsychotic-induced weight gain, peptide metabolic regulatory hormones and metabolic parameters in drug-naive patients with first-onset schizophrenia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

阿立哌唑，奥氮平 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Aripiprazole, Olanzapine 

纳入标准：

首发、既往未曾服用过抗精神病药的精神分裂症患者（符合DSM5诊断标准），PANSS总分≥60，愿意入组，年龄18-65岁（成年）。

Inclusion criteria

These people were experiencing their first psychotic episode of schizophrenia diagnosed in accordance with criteria established in DSM-V and had not previously received any antipsychotic drug treatment. The Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS) total score ≥ 60. Aged 18-65 years agreed to enroll in the trial and signed an informed consent.

排除标准：

患有除精神分裂症以外的任何其它精神疾病（与DSM5一致）；有物质滥用史（含酒精和可卡因）；明显的自杀倾向；怀孕或哺乳；躯体疾病，如糖尿病、血脂异常、心血管疾病、高血压等；有临床意义的异常实验室结果、生命体征或心电图结果。

Exclusion criteria：

Any other psychiatric disorder other than schizophrenia (according to DSM-V); history of any significant substance abuse met DSM-V criteria, including addiction to cocaine or alcohol; a significant risk of committing suicide based on history or mental status exam; pregnant or lactating patients; specific systemic diseases; or other medical conditions such as diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, cardiovascular diseases, and hypertension; clinically significant abnormal laboratory test results, vital sign, or electrocardiogram findings.
