评价环泊酚注射液在择期老年腹腔镜胆囊切除患者手术全麻诱导中的有效性及安全性  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Ciprofol injection in induction of general anesthesia in elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄65～70周岁，性别不限；
（2）美国麻醉医师分级（ASA）I～II级；
（3）择期手术需行气管插管的老年腹腔镜胆囊切除患者；
（4）体重指数（BMI）≥18且≤30kg/m2；
（5）生命体征：呼吸频率≥10且≤24次/分；呼吸空气时血氧饱和度（SpO2）≥95%；收缩压（SBP）≥90mmHg且≤160mmHg；舒张压（DBP）≥60mmHg且≤100mmHg；心率≥55且≤100次/分；
（6）能理解本研究过程和方法，并自愿参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) 65 to 70 years old, no gender limit;
(2) American Anesthesiologists (ASA) III;
(3) Elderly laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients who need tracheal intubation for elective surgery;
(4) Body mass index (BMI) ≥18 and ≤30kg/m2;
(5) Vital signs: respiratory frequency ≥10 and ≤24 times/min; blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) ≥95% when breathing air; systolic blood pressure (SBP) ≥90mmHg and ≤160mmHg; diastolic blood pressure (DBP) ≥60mmHg and ≤100mmHg; Heart rate ≥55 and ≤100 beats/min;
(6) Able to understand the research process and methods, and voluntarily participate in this research.

排除标准：

（1）具有全麻禁忌症者或既往曾出现过麻醉意外史者；
（2）已知或怀疑对丙泊酚注射液、环泊酚注射液辅料、苯二氮卓类药物、阿片类药物、肌松药等过敏或禁忌者；
（3）合并颅脑损失、颅内高压、脑卒中、不稳定心绞痛、心肌梗死者；
（4）呼吸功能不全、阻塞性肺部疾病、存在困难气道或被判定为气管插管困难（改良马氏评分为III级或IV级）
（5）未控制的糖尿病或高血压；
（6）严重肝功能障碍或严重肾功能不全；
（7）酗酒史或药物依赖史；
（8）滥用或长期应用麻醉、镇静、镇痛药物；
（9）既往有精神疾病史者；
（10）筛选前1个月内参加过任何药物临床试验者；
（11）妊娠和哺乳期女性；具有生育能力的女性或男性不愿意在整个试验期间避孕；在试验后1个月内有妊娠计划的受试者（包括男性受试者）；
（12）研究者认为具有任何其他不宜参加此试验因素的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those who have general anesthesia contraindications or have a history of anesthesia accidents;
(2) Those who are known or suspected to be allergic or contraindicated to propofol injection, cyclopofol injection excipients, benzodiazepines, opioids, muscle relaxants, etc.;
(3) Patients with craniocerebral loss, intracranial hypertension, stroke, unstable angina, and myocardial infarction;
(4) Respiratory insufficiency, obstructive pulmonary disease, difficult airway, or difficulty in tracheal intubation (modified Markov score is III or IV)
(5) Uncontrolled diabetes or hypertension;
(6) Severe liver dysfunction or severe renal insufficiency;
(7) History of alcohol abuse or drug dependence;
(8) Abuse or long-term use of narcotic, sedative, and analgesic drugs;
(9) Those who have a history of mental illness;
(10) Those who have participated in any drug clinical trial within 1 month before screening;
(11) Pregnant and lactating women; fertile women or men who are unwilling to use contraception during the entire trial period; subjects (including male subjects) who have pregnancy plans within 1 month after the trial;
(12) The investigator believes that there are any other subjects who are not suitable to participate in this trial.
