研究目的：

以BIS为参照验证麻醉深度指数（Ai）用于临床麻醉状态判断的可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

to evaluate the performance of Anesthetic depth Index during TIVA by comparing with Bispectral Index.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄18~65岁；预计手术时间在1~3 h的全身麻醉择期手术患者；ASA分级I~II级；BMI为18.5-24.9kg/m^2；符合伦理，患者自愿受试，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Aged 18-65 years old; Elective operation under general anesthesia and 1-3 estimated surgical hours; American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I–II; Body mass index (BMI)18.5-24.9 kg/m^2; informed consent is obtained.

排除标准：

患有精神、神经系统疾病；肝肾功能不全；心肺功能不全；患有睡眠呼吸暂停综合征；确定/怀疑有滥用或长期应用麻醉性镇静镇痛药者；存在对试验药物及其他麻醉药物的禁忌症或者过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

psychiatric and neurological disorders; Impaired cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic and renal functions; sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome; sedative and analgesic drug therapy and abuse; Contraindication for and allergy to any sedative and analgesic drug.

the random number is given by the statistical teacher. According to the order of patient's joining the research, the random number is used one by one. whether left or right side of the forehead is used for the electrode of the Anesthetic depth Index is determined according to the random number.
