研究目的：

本研究为随机对照试验，每位纳入研究的患者将随机分入LCVP组（以传统CVP为导向的液体治疗方式）或SVV组（以SVV为导向的液体治疗方式）,观察两组患者出血量，手术时间，输血例数及输血量，空气栓塞发生情况，出院时间等指标。探索一种潜在可行的围术期液体治疗方式在肝切除术中的应用疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study for randomized controlled trials, each into the study of patients will be randomly assigned into the LCVP groups (liquid treatment guided by traditional CVP) or SVV group (SVV oriented liquid treatment), observes two groups of patients with blood loss, operative time, blood transfusion cases and blood transfusion volume, air embolism, discharge time, etc.To explore a potentially feasible perioperative fluid therapy in hepatectomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、行择期肝切除术的患者；
2、患者知情同意，自愿参加；

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients undergoing elective hepatectomy;
2. Informed consent of the patient and voluntary participation;

排除标准：

1、严重肥胖；
2、术前有合并未经控制的高血压患者；
3、有其他系统的严重合并症；
4、ASA分级大于Ⅲ级；
5、CVP或者SVV未在设定范围内的时间超过5min的患者；
6、术中出现大出血或者术后需要送入ICU继续治疗的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe obesity;
2. Patients with uncontrolled hypertension before surgery;
3. Serious complications of other systems;
4. ASA classification is greater than ⅲ;
5. Patients whose CVP or SVV is not within the set range for more than 5min;
6. Patients with massive intraoperative bleeding or who need to be sent to ICU for further treatment after surgery.
