研究目的：

直肠癌是我国常见的消化道恶性肿瘤，低位直肠癌可能涉及是否保留肛门以及影响泌尿生殖功能等问题。尽管新辅助治疗等能明显将肿瘤降期，但如何进行精准的根治性手术切除减少副损伤，一直是结直肠外科医生亟待解决的问题。  

Objectives of Study：

Rectal cancer is a common gastrointestinal malignancy in China. Low rectal cancer may involve anal retention and affect genitourinary function.Although neoadjuvant therapy can obviously reduce the tumor stage, how to perform precise radical surgical resection to reduce collateral injury has always been an urgent problem for colorectal surgeons.

纳入标准：

①内镜及肛诊肿瘤下缘距离肛缘小于7cm，且大于3cm。此类患者属于低位直肠癌患者，涉及保留肛门、生殖功能等问题。②直肠MRI评估肿瘤可行根治性手术切除，即TNM分期小于T2N0M0，或T3及N1以上接受过新辅助治疗患者。③男性患者

Inclusion criteria

①patients with the distance between the lower edge of the tumor and the anal edge less than 7cm and greater than 3cm.Such tumors belong to low rectal cancers, the patients involve anal retention, reproductive function and other problems.②patients with TNM stage less than T2N0M0.③ Male patients

排除标准：

①术中发现腹腔种植转移等原因，无法手术患者。②器官移植患者，接受过或正在接受免疫治疗的患者。③精神、心理等各种原因无法接受随访患者。④不愿参与课题研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

① The patients were unable to be operated due to intraoperative reasons such as abdominal implantation metastasis.② Organ transplant patients, patients who have received or are receiving immunotherapy.③ Mental, psychological and other reasons can not accept follow-up patients.④ Unwilling to participate in the project researchers.
