研究目的：

1、建立规范化的胃癌患者围手术期FTS工作模式； 2、胃癌患者围手术期FTS策略的效果和安全性评估。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To establishment of standardized gastric cancer patients with perioperative FTS mode; 2. To observer gastric cancer patients with perioperative FTS policy's effectiveness and safety.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.患者年龄18-75岁；
2.术前经病理证实为胃癌，未接受过化疗等抗肿瘤治疗；
3.均接受择期D2手术治疗；
4.患者及家属同意FTS治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1. Male and female aged 18 to 75 years old;2. Preoperative gastric cancer confirmed by pathology, patients had not received chemotherapy and other anti-tumor therapy;3. Patients who underwent elective surgery D24. Patients and their families agreed to FTS treatment.

排除标准：

1.有严重器官功能障碍，如完全性胃肠梗阻；
2.姑息手术或急诊手术，需要联合切除脾或胰腺的患者；
3.术中出现严重不良事件（指心脑血管意外或危及生命的大出血等）；
4.精神分裂症患者；
5.患者自动退出；
6.对于可能怀孕的妇女，在入组前需要测血清β-HCG（可以先用尿β-HCG，但随后必须由血β-HCG确认）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe organ dysfunction, such as complete stomach obstruction;
2. Patients had palliative surgery or emergency surgery, need for resection in patients with spleen or pancreas;
3. Patients undergoing serious adverse events (defined as cardio-cerebral vascular accident or life-threatening bleeding, etc.);
4. Patients with schizophrenia;
5. Patients out automatically;
6. For pregnant women may be, is required before enrollment in the measurement of serum β-HCG (you can start with urinary β-HCG, but then must be confirmed by the serum β-HCG).
