研究目的：

此次研究根据前期研究成果、临床观察及名家经验拟定麦粒灸治疗方案，通过临床随机对照试验，深入观察并验证麦粒灸疗法对乙肝肝硬化腹水的临床效果和安全性，探索形成治疗乙肝肝硬化腹水的新方案。不仅为肝硬化腹水治疗开辟新的治疗方法和途径，也为传统灸法治疗乙肝其他病症及其他重大疾病的研究创立开端、奠定基础，促进麦粒灸在临床治疗中的推广应用，充分发挥中医药在疑难病症治疗中的特色和优势。并为进一步的机制研究奠定基础，同时也是对文献研究成果转化模式的探索。  

Objectives of Study：

This study formulated the treatment plan of wheat grain moxibustion according to the previous research results, clinical observation and famous experts' experience. Through clinical randomized controlled trial, in-depth observation and verification of wheat grain moxibustion therapy on the clinical effect and safety of hepatitis B cirrhosis ascites, and explore the formation of a new treatment plan for hepatitis B cirrhosis ascites. It not only opens up new treatment methods and approaches for the treatment of cirrhosis ascites, but also establishes the foundation for the study of traditional moxibustion for the treatment of other diseases of hepatitis B and other major diseases, promotes the promotion and application of wheat moxibustion in clinical treatment, and gives full play to the characteristics and advantages of TRADITIONAL Chinese medicine in the treatment of difficult diseases. It lays a foundation for further mechanism research and also explores the transformation mode of literature research achievements.

纳入标准：

纳入标准
（1）符合乙肝肝硬化腹水西医诊断标准者；
（2）年龄18～75岁者，男女不限；
（3）患者自愿参加本项研究，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Included in the standard
(1) meet the western diagnostic criteria for hepatitis B cirrhosis ascites;
(2) 18-75 years old, male or female;
(3) Patients voluntarily participated in this study and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

排除标准：符合纳入标准，但具备下列条件之一者予以排除
（1）非乙型肝炎病毒感染导致的肝硬化腹水者；
（2）意识不清、不能表达主观不适症状者及精神病患者；
（3）合并心力衰竭、呼吸衰竭、严重肾功能不全及合并其他严重感染性疾病者；
（4）有严重出血倾向者。
（5）孕妇及哺乳期妇女；
（6）正在进行其他临床研究者或研究者认为不适合参加研究的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: those who meet the inclusion criteria but meet one of the following conditions will be excluded
(1) cirrhotic ascites caused by non-hepatitis B virus infection;
(2) unconsciousness, unable to express subjective discomfort symptoms and mental patients;
(3) patients with heart failure, respiratory failure, severe renal insufficiency and other serious infectious diseases;
(4) People with severe bleeding tendency.
(5) pregnant and lactating women;
(6) Other conditions that other clinical investigators consider inappropriate for study participation.
