研究目的：

本研究比较B超引导下膝关节穿刺注入医用臭氧及常规穿刺注入医用臭氧对膝关节滑膜炎的影响，拟达到以下研究目标。 1.B超引导膝关节穿刺可增强医用臭氧治疗膝关节滑膜炎的疗效 2.B超引导膝关节穿刺注入医用臭氧与常规膝关节穿刺注入曲安奈德治疗膝关节滑膜炎疗效相当。 3.减轻膝关节肿胀，恢复膝关节功能。 4.有效降低血液及关节液中炎性因子水平。 5.B超引导膝关节穿刺注入医用臭氧治疗膝关节滑膜炎不良反应发生率更低。  

Objectives of Study：

This study compared the effects of b-ultrasound-guided puncture injection of medical ozone on synovitis of knee joint and conventional puncture injection of medical ozone, aiming to achieve the following research objectives. 1. B-ultrasound guided knee puncture can enhance the therapeutic effect of medical ozone on synovitis of knee joint 2. B-ultrasound-guided injection of medical ozone into knee joint puncture is comparable to conventional injection of triamcinolone acetonide into knee joint puncture in the treatment of synovitis of knee joint. 3. Reduce knee swelling and restore knee function. 4. Effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors in blood and joint fluid. 5. B-ultrasound-guided puncture injection of medical ozone in the treatment of synovitis of the knee joint has a lower incidence of adverse reactions.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

实验对象拟为90例膝骨关节炎患者，①符合美国风湿病学会（American college of rheumatology, ACR）制定的膝关节骨性关节炎诊断标准膝关节骨关节炎，②膝关节Kallgren-Lawrence影像学分级标准：Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级（轻度）；③签署知情同意书；④能按治疗方案完成治疗及随访

Inclusion criteria

The experimental subjects were 90 patients with knee osteoarthritis, ① meeting the diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis developed by The American College of Rheumatology (ACR), ② Knee Kallgren-Lawrence imaging grading criteria: Grade ⅰ, ⅱ (mild),; (3) Signing informed consent; ④ Treatment and follow-up can be completed according to the treatment plan

排除标准：

排除标准：1.合并类风湿关节炎、痛风、糖尿病、血液病、严重心血管疾病、感染者；2.服用抗凝、抗血栓和抗血小板药物及非甾体抗炎药者；3.血红蛋白<110g/L、血小板计数<150×109/L者；4.半月板缺损者；5.有严重基础疾病，如严重的心肺疾病、凝血功能异常者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with rheumatoid arthritis, gout, diabetes, blood diseases, severe cardiovascular diseases and infected persons; 2.2. Taking anticoagulant, antithrombotic and antiplatelet drugs and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs;3. Hemoglobin <110g/L, platelet count <150×109/L;4. Meniscus defect;5. Patients with serious basic diseases, such as severe cardiopulmonary diseases and abnormal coagulation function.
