观察益生菌对NAFLD患者肠道菌群构成及功能的影响  

Objectives of Study：

Study the probiotics influences on gut microbiotas composition and function of patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver diseas

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.超声证实脂肪肝；2.年龄20-60岁

Inclusion criteria

1. Fatty liver confirmed by ultrasound, 2. Age 20-60

排除标准：

（1）排除酒精性等病因引起的脂肪肝；（2）排除妊娠及合并心、肝、肺、肾、脑血管、内分泌等原发疾病（3）排除精神病患者（4）排除过敏体质及多种药物过敏者（5）除外明显的肝损伤(血清转氨酶>正常值上限2倍）（6）排除近3个月服用抗生素者（7）排除药物治疗的患者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Exclude the patients with fatty liver caused by alcohol and other causes,(2) Exclude the patients with pregnancy and heart, liver, lung, kidney, cardiovascular, endocrine, such as the primary disease,(3) Exclude the patients with mental disease,(4) Exclude the patients with allergic constitution and a variety of drug allergy,(5) Exclude the patients with significant liver damage (serum transaminase > 2 times normal limit) (6) Exclude the patients with antibiotics taking in recently 3 months,(7) Exclude the patients with drug treatment
