评价综合支持方案对头颈部肿瘤放射治疗患者的口干、唾液特征和口腔健康的影响  

Objectives of Study：

to determine the effects of an integrated supportive programme on xerostomia, salivary characteristics and oral health in patients with head and neck cancer undergoing radiotherapy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

经组织病理学确诊为头颈部肿瘤，年龄18岁或以上，KPS评分为80-100，治疗方案为单纯放射治疗(剂量≥60Gy)或术后放疗联合同步放化疗或诱导化疗，以及能够完成放疗后12个月的随访和复查。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with: a histological diagnosis of HNC; an age of 18 years or older; a Karnofsky Performance Scale Index (KPS) of 80-100; primarily received definitive RT for curative or surgery with postoperative RT for curative (dose of ≥ 60 grey) with concurrent or induction chemotherapy or both; and the ability to attend regular re-examination during the 12-month follow-up.

排除标准：

患有其他癌症、有其他原因引起的口干症(如干燥综合征、糖尿病、使用干扰唾液流动的药物、切除双侧唾液腺)、严重认知障碍(如痴呆)或患有无法完成问卷填写的精神疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with total edentulism; other cancer; other causes of xerostomia (i.e., Sj?gren syndrome, diabetes mellitus, use of drugs that could interfere with salivary flow, removed bilateral salivary glands); or severe cognitive impairment (i.e., dementia) or psychiatric disorders that interfered with the ability to complete the questionnaire package.
