研究目的：

评估房颤射频消融术+左心耳封堵术与单纯房颤射频消融术相比对左心功能和结构的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate effect on The Function and Structure of Left Atrial:Radiofrequency Ablation(RA) with Left Atrial Appendage Occlusion Compared with Radiofrequency Ablation Alone.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1)年龄≥18岁；(2）症状性抗心律失常药物无效的非瓣膜性房颤(NVAF)；（3）一个或多个CHA2DS2-VASc危险因素；高血压、肝肾功能异常、中风、出血史或易感性、不稳定的国际标准化比率、65岁以上以及药物或酒精摄入量（4)高出血风险评分≥3或以前的大出血事件；(5）首选LAAO治疗作为长期口服抗凝药物的替代品

Inclusion criteria

(1)aged ≥18 years; (2) symptomatic nonvalvular atrial fibrillation (NVAF) refractory to antiarrhythmic drugs; (3) one or more CHA2DS2-VASc risk factors;(4) high bleeding risk pr dicted by a HASBLED [Hypertension, Abnormal liver and renal function, Stroke, Bleeding history or predisposition, Labile international normalized ratio, Elderly age over 65 years and Drugs or alcohol intake] score ≥ 3 or previous major bleeding event during anticoagulation therapy; (5) preferred LAAO treatment as an alternative to long-term oral anticoagulants

排除标准：

排除标准为左心房血栓的发生、显著的瓣膜性心脏病、LA增大(≥55mm)和额外的消融术或CFAE消融策略.

Exclusion criteria：

The exclusion criteria were the occurrence of LA thrombus,significant valvular heart disease, an enlarged LA (≥55 mm) and additional ablation lines or CFAE ablation strategy.
