研究目的：

探究NAFLD患者胃和十二指肠微生态的改变，进一步明确微生物尤其是黏膜微生物在NAFLD发生发展中的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the changes of gastric and duodenal microbiome in NAFLD patients, and further clarify the role of microbiota, especially mucosa-associated microbiota in the development of NAFLD.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

NAFLD组：
1.年龄18-75岁；
2.组织学或影像学提示“脂肪肝”，无过量饮酒（男性>30g/天;女性>20g/天）、病毒性肝炎、自身免疫性肝病、药物性肝病、肝豆状核变性等；
3.无器质性胃肠道病变，如炎症、溃疡、肿瘤等（包括食管炎、胃炎、十二指肠炎、消化性溃疡、乳糜泻、炎症性肠病等）；
4.近一月内未服用抗生素、益生菌、益生元、合生元、非甾体类抗炎药（阿司匹林）等。

健康对照组：
1.年龄18-75岁；
2.影像学提示无肝脏脂变；
3.无器质性胃肠道病变，如炎症、溃疡、肿瘤等（包括食管炎、胃炎、十二指肠炎、消化性溃疡、乳糜泻、炎症性肠病等）；
4.近一月内未服用抗生素、益生菌、益生元、合生元、非甾体类抗炎药（阿司匹林）等。

Inclusion criteria

NAFLD group:
1. 18-75 years old
2. Histological or imaging tests showed "fatty liver", no excessive drinking (male>30g/day, female>20g/day), viral hepatitis, autoimmune liver disease, drug-induced liver disease, Wilson's disease, etc.
3. No organic gastrointestinal diseases, such as inflammation, ulcers, tumors, etc.
4. Have not taken antibiotics, probiotics, prebiotics, synbiotics or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in the past month

Healthy control group:
1. 18-75 years old
2. imaging tests showed "no fatty liver"
3. No organic gastrointestinal diseases, such as inflammation, ulcers, tumors, etc.
4. Have not taken antibiotics, probiotics, prebiotics, synbiotics or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in the past month

排除标准：

NAFLD组：
1.五年内肿瘤病史；
2.凝血功能障碍，或一个月内服用抗凝血药物。

健康对照组：
1.五年内肿瘤病史；
2.凝血功能障碍，或一个月内服用抗凝血药物。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Tumor history within five years
2. Blood coagulation dysfunction, or taking anticoagulant drugs within one month
