研究目的：

1．探究肺部超声指导肺复张在腹腔镜手术中对肺部氧合的影响； 2. 探究LUS评分与血气值和氧合指数之间的联系。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To explore the influence of pulmonary ultrasound direct recruitment maneuvers on pulmonary oxygenation in laparoscopic surgery; 2.To explore the relationship between LUS score and blood gas value and oxygenation index.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

患者及其家属同意，性别不限，年龄18-60岁行腹腔镜手术的患者，ASAⅠ-Ⅱ级，所有患者术前均神志清晰,生化、心肺功能等检查基本正常；

Inclusion criteria

1. The patient and his family agree this test;
2. No limit on the gender;
3. Patients aged 18 to 60 years who underwent laparoscopic surgery;
4. ASA I-II; All tests of patients were basically normal before surgery.

排除标准：

既往心肺及胸部手术病史；
呼吸系统异常病史者，如慢阻肺或合并肺气肿，哮喘，肺部感染等；
合并严重心血管疾病的患者，如血压大于180/110mmHg，三个月心绞痛及心梗患者；
视力、听力障碍无法配合的患者；
肝肾功能严重异常者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Histories of heart, lung and chest surgery;
2. A history of respiratory abnormalities such as COPD or associated emphysema, asthma, or pulmonary infection;
3. Patients with severe cardiovascular disease, such as blood pressure > 180/110mmHg, 3 months of angina pectoris and myocardial infarction;
4. Patients with visual and hearing impairment unable to cooperate;
5. Severe abnormal liver and kidney function.
