研究目的:

本文从GEO数据库下载mRNA,miRNA和甲基化数据,求取差异基因。并分别取对应的交集和富集分析,PPI网络构建,得出hub关键基因。最后应该临床血液标本进行验证,为探索潜在的急性缺血性脑卒中生物标志物提供理论基础。  

Objectives of Study:

This article downloads mRNA, miRNA and methylation data from the GEO database to obtain differential genes. And respectively take the corresponding intersection and enrichment analysis, PPI network construction, and get the hub key genes. Finally, clinical blood samples should be validated to provide a theoretical basis for exploring potential biomarkers of acute ischemic stroke.

纳入标准:

在症状发作的24小时内招募可疑IS患者, 所有患者均经急性局灶性神经功能缺损结合磁共振成像的弥散加权成像阳性病变或延迟CT扫描发现新病变,对IS进行了最终诊断。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with suspected IS were recruited within 24 hours of symptom onset. All patients had a final diagnosis of IS as defined by an acute focal neurological deficit in combination with a diffusion weighted imaging–positive lesion on magnetic resonance imaging or a new lesion on a delayed CT scan.

排除标准:

感染(当前或卒中后2周内),免疫抑制的患者治疗,淋巴瘤,白血病或溶栓治疗治疗被排除在研究范围之外。

Exclusion criteria:

Patients with infection (current or within 2 weeks of stroke), immunosuppressive therapy, lymphoma, leukemia, or treatment with thrombolytic therapy were excluded from study.
