研究目的：

1.研究云南省哈尼族、彝族等少数民族人群中CYP2C9和VKORC1基因的多态性; 2.根据CYP2C9和VKORC1基因检测结果及相关临床资料，分析影响华法林维持剂量的因素，通过多元回归分析，构建华法林维持剂量的预测模型公式。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To study the polymorphism of CYP2C9 and VKORC1 genes in Hani and Yi minority populations in Yunnan Province. 2. According to the results of CYP2C9 and VKORC1 gene detection and relevant clinical data, the factors affecting warfarin maintenance dose were analyzed, and the prediction model formula of warfarin maintenance dose was established through multiple regression analysis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.心脏瓣膜置换术后、接受华法林抗凝治疗者；
2.华法林维持剂量衡定，近3次临床随访INR值在1.5-3.0之间；

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who received warfarin anticoagulant therapy after heart valve replacement.
2. The warfarin maintenance dose of the patients was constant, and their INR value was between 1.5-3.0 in the last 3 clinical follow-up visits.

排除标准：

1.服用可影响华法林代谢的药物，如：布可隆、氟康唑、咪康唑、磺胺甲恶唑等；
2.华法林抗凝治疗期间，合并有肝肾功能不全，需接受治疗;
3.活动性消化系溃疡或需接受长期糖皮质激素治疗；
4.恶性肿瘤；
5.合并血液系统疾病；
6.出血性脑卒中史；
7.严重心力衰竭（NYHA分级Ⅳ级）、未能控制的高血压（≥160/100mmHg)。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients were cotreated with drugs considered to affect the metabolism of warfarin: amiodarone, fluconazole, miconazole, and sulfamethoxazole,etc.;
2. During warfarin anticoagulant therapy, patients have hepatic or renal impairments;
3. Patients with active peptic ulcer or requiring long-term glucocorticoid therapy ;
4. Malignant tumor;
5. Complicated with blood system diseases;
6. History of hemorrhagic stroke;
7. Severe heart failure (NYHA grade ⅳ), uncontrolled hypertension (≥160/100mmHg).
