研究目的：

通过前瞻性单中心队列研究，对西藏产妇的饮食习惯的调查,当地哺乳期妇女的人体测量,和母乳的成分分析,本研究的目的是为了探索之间的联系西藏产妇饮食模式和母乳成分,以期对传统文化高海拔地区母婴营养状况的揭示和当地母婴营养水平的发展有所帮助。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the investigation of Tibetan maternal diet habit, the anthropometric measurement of local lactating women, and the analysis of human milk components via prospective single-center cohort study, the aim of this research was in an effort to explore the association between the Tibetan maternal diet pattern and the human milk composition, which hoped to be conducive to the reveal of maternal breastfeeding status and the development of local maternal & infant nutritional level at high-altitude areas with traditional culture.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

招募条件：1）健康的足月婴儿（胎龄≥37周，出生体重≥2500g）；2）Apgar 评分＞9；3）母乳喂养者应早开奶，纯母乳喂养6个月，6个月后开始添加辅食； 4）经筛查无先天性疾病和传染性疾病；5）母亲孕期无严重疾病。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion requirements: 1) Healthy full-term infants (gestational age ≥37 weeks, birth weight ≥2500g); 2) Apgar score > 9; 3) Breast-feeding should be started early, exclusive breast-feeding for 6 months, and supplementary food should be added after 6 months; 4) No congenital diseases or infectious diseases after screening; 5) The mother has no serious diseases during pregnancy.

排除标准：

排除条件： 1）父母具有严重的慢性疾病：HIV感染者、癌症、接受骨髓或器官移植、最近3月内接受血液制剂输入、出血性疾病、已知的先天畸形或基因缺陷；2）父母或者监护人不能正常阅读或者理解汉语或藏语；3）研究期间家庭有搬迁出调研区的可能，不能完成追踪。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: 1) Parents with a serious chronic disease: HIV-infected, cancer, bone marrow or organ transplant, blood preparation input received in the last 3 months, hemorrhagic disease, known congenital malformations or genetic defects; 2) Parents or guardians cannot read or understand Chinese or Tibetan properly; 3) Families may move out of the survey area during the study period, and the tracking cannot be completed.
