研究目的：

初步评价热毒宁注射液治疗流行性感冒高热（热毒袭肺证）疗效和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

A primary safety and efficacy evaluation for REDUNING, a kind of traditional chinese medicine injections, in the treatment of influenza high fever and toxic heat invading lung TCM syndrome

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

磷酸奥司他韦胶囊 磷酸奥司他韦 青蒿、金银花、栀子 青蒿、金银花、栀子 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Qinghao, Jinyinhua, Zhizi Qinghao, Jinyinhua, Zhizi Phosphate oseltamivir Phosphate oseltami 

纳入标准：

（1）符合流行性感冒的西医流感临床诊断标准；
（2）中医辨证为热毒袭肺证；
（3）腋下体温≥38.5℃；
（4）受试者年龄18～65岁；
（5）病程在48小时之内；
（6）自愿受试，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) patients who are accordance with influenza high fever diagnostic standards;
2) patients who are accordance with the TCM syndrome of toxic heat invading lung;
3) patients whose temperature under armpit >=38.5 degree C;
4) patients who are in the 18-25 age bracket;
5) patients whose course of disease is within 48 hours;
6) patients who muse be voluntary to the trail and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）合并慢性呼吸系统疾病、慢性支气管炎急性发作、肺炎、咽-结膜炎，化脓性扁桃体炎。
（2）血常规WBC大于正常值上限和或中性粒细胞分类类N%≥75%。
（3）合并心肝肾和造血系统代谢性疾病（糖尿病、甲状腺疾病、肾上腺疾病），免疫缺陷疾病，肿瘤者。
（4）准备妊娠者、孕妇及哺乳期妇女。
（5）过敏体质者（指对两种以上的药品或食品过敏或本次试验用药已知成份过敏）。
（6）近3个月参加过临床试验。
（7）精神病患者，或无自知能力者。
（8）研究之前12个月内使用过流感疫苗者。
首次就诊前服用过治疗流感药物者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) patients who are accompanied with Chronic respiratory disease, acutely paroxysmal phase of chronically asthmatic bronchitis, pneumonia , pharyngo conjunctivitis, suppurative tonsillitis;
2) patients who WBC of routine blood test is greater than the upper limit of normal, or N%>=75%;
3) patients who are accompanied with heart, liver and kidney disease, hematological system disease and metabolic diseases (such as diabetes, Thyroid disease, adrenal diseases), immune deficiency disease and cancer;
4) women who will be pregnancy, or gravida, or during lactation;
5) patients who are allergic constitution, As a general rule, these patients are allergic to any two or more types of medication or food;
6) patients who have taken part in any other clinical trails in recent 3 months;
7) people who is a mental patient, or has incapacity of know himself;
8) patients who have used flu vaccine in recent 12 months before took part in this trail;
9) patients who have used any influenza drug before saw a doctor.
