研究目的：

探讨偏瘫患者坐-站转移中躯干的生物力学变化特点，明确脑卒中偏瘫患者在坐-站转移中躯干生物力学模式，为进一步制定康复训练策略及使用合适的辅助器具提高患者生活质量提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the biomechanical characteristics of the trunk in patients with hemiplegia during sit-stand transfer, to clarify the biomechanical model of the trunk in patients with stroke during sit-stand transfer, so as to provide a basis for further development of rehabilitation training strategies and the use of appropriate assistive devices to improve the quality of life of patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合国际脑卒中诊断标准的首发脑卒中，并经头颅CT或MRI等影像学检查证实；
2.初次发病，并且为单侧病灶；
3.卒中病情稳定，关节无明显关节挛缩及肌张力增高，在无外力及辅助器具条件下能够独立完成坐-站转移，且在本实验中能独立完成5次坐-站转移的标准测试；
4.认知功能正常，对测试和训练要求能够理解、配合；
5.无合并其他影响患者平衡功能的疾病；
6.无其他心肺功能等基础疾病不能完成实验的患者；
愿意签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. First stroke in line with the international criteria for stroke diagnosis, confirmed by head CT or MRI imaging examination;
2. Primary onset with unilateral lesions;
3. Stroke condition is stable, no obvious joint contracture and increased muscle tension, able to independently complete sit-stand transfer without external forces and auxiliary devices, and able to independently complete 5 standard tests of sit-stand transfer in this experiment;
4. Normal cognitive function, able to understand and cooperate with test and training requirements;
5. No other diseases affecting patients' balance function;
6. Patients who have no other basic diseases such as cardiopulmonary function and cannot complete the experiment;
Willing to sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1.有严重基础疾病，不能耐受的患者；
2.有明显影响运动功能的骨关节、肌肉疾病，如：双下肢中任何一侧有手术、外伤、感染、骨肿瘤、风湿等病史或症状者，以及先天性畸形如足内外翻、高弓足、拇外翻等；
3.存在交流、认知障碍，意识不清，不能配合完成实验的患者；
4.有其他神经系统疾病，尤其是前庭或小脑的功能障碍；
5.有单侧忽略、严重本体感觉减退等并发症；
6.不愿意签署知情同意书的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with serious underlying diseases that cannot be tolerated;
2. Patients with bone, joint and muscle diseases that significantly affect motor function, such as the history or symptoms of surgery, trauma, infection, bone tumor and rheumatism on either side of lower limbs, as well as congenital malformations such as varus foot, hyperarch foot and bunion;
3. Patients with communication and cognitive disorders, unclear consciousness, and unable to cooperate in completing the experiment;
4. Other neurological disorders, especially vestibular or cerebellum dysfunction;
5. Unilateral neglect, severe hypoesthesia and other complications;
6. Patients who are unwilling to sign informed consent forms.
