研究目的：

调查喀什地区成人男性肛肠疾病患病趋势，分析患病规律及相关高危因素，丰富中国肛肠疾病流行病学研究。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the prevalence trend of anorectal diseases in adult men in Kashgar prefecture, and to analyze the disease regularity and related high risk factors, so as to enrich the epidemiological study of anorectal diseases in China.

纳入标准：

1. ＞18岁以上，男性；2. 自愿参加本研究，患者本人或法定代理人签订知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.＞18 years old, male; 2. Volunteer to participate in this study, the patient himself or the legal representative signed an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1. 既往肛肠恶性肿瘤手术史；2. 具有严重内科合并症、精神疾患等不能配合本项目开展患者；3. 拒绝参加本项目研究患者，或不配合本项目研究患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous surgical history of anorectal malignant tumors; 2. Patients with severe medical complications and mental disorders cannot cooperate with this project; 3. Refuse to participate in the study of patients, or do not cooperate with the study of patients.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

在流行病学调查现场填写调查问卷和病例记录表，待调查完成后，统一录入到Microsoft Excel电子数据库，并上传到百度网盘数据管理系统。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Fill in the questionnaire and case report form at the scene of the epidemiological investigation. Once the investigation is completed, input it into the MicrosoftExcel and upload it to the Baidu network disk data management system.
