研究目的：

CT、DXA與BIA之間的SMM評估測量仍會有不一致的發生率，尤其是對於肌少症的患者而言，SMM的評估狀況在CT、DXA與BIA之間的不一致性到底為何?因此；確定這種不一致的預測因素於肌少症的患者而言，是非常有價值。我們將擬透過BIVA於CT、DXA與BIA於核心肌群質量、四肢骨骼肌量與握力大小之間的相關性與參考價值進行評估，並適當地解釋結果。  

Objectives of Study：

SMM assessment between CT, DXA and BIA is still possible, especially for patients with sarcopenia. What is the inconsistency of the assessment status of SMM between CT, DXA and BIA? Therefore, determining the predictors of specific events is very strange to sarcopenia patients. Evaluate with reference value and interpret the results appropriately.

纳入标准：

無重大疾病，在不需要輔助工具下，可以站立與自由活動的正常成年人，年齡為40-90歲

Inclusion criteria

A normal adult with no major illness and who can stand and move freely without the need for assistive tools, aged 40-90.

排除标准：

身心障礙、行動不便或站不穩、懷孕婦女、無法進行中強度運動與正在服用可能影響平衡能力的藥物者排除於本實驗。

Exclusion criteria：

Physical and mental disabilities, inconvenient movements or unstable stations, pregnant women, inability to undergo moderate-intensity exercise, and those taking medications that may affect balance are excluded from this experiment.
