研究目的：

观察抗血小板药物替格瑞洛通过对肠道菌群的作用进而影响免疫细胞，最终对冠状动脉粥样性疾病ACS中炎症反应的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Observe the effect of antiplatelet drug Ticagrelor on the intestinal flora and then affect the immune cells, and ultimately abserve the inflammatory response in ACS.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

40-75岁不稳定性心绞痛患者，初次服用Ticagrelor。

Inclusion criteria

40-75-year-old patients with unstable angina, taking Ticagrelor for the first time.

排除标准：

长期口服其他抗凝药物，如华法林；既往慢性肾功能不全，需要透析的患者；既往中至重度肝功能不全，肝硬化的患者；既往有中风、TIA或颅内出血的患者；既往对替格瑞洛、阿司匹林或氯吡格雷药物过敏的患者；心源性休克

Exclusion criteria：

Long-term oral administration of other anticoagulant drugs, such as warfarin; patients with past chronic renal insufficiency and requiring dialysis; patients with past moderate to severe liver insufficiency and cirrhosis; patients with past stroke, TIA or intracranial hemorrhage; Patients allergic to ticagrelor, aspirin, or clopidogrel; cardiogenic shock
