Objectives of Study：

Efficacy and safety of a new nasopharyngeal airway for endoscopy in obese patients treated with nasal oxygen tube under intravenous anesthesia

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

a. 年龄大于18周岁的拟行无痛胃镜检查的患者；
b. 身体质量指数（BMI，Body Mass Index）>28kg／m2；

Inclusion criteria

A. Patients older than 18 years of age who plan to undergo painless gastroscopy;
B. Body Mass Index (BMI) >28kg/m2;

排除标准：

a. 存在严重心、肺功能不全的患者；
b. 鼻气道阻塞，鼻骨骨折，明显鼻中隔偏移；
c. 凝血功能明显异常；
d. 颅脑损伤；
e. 脑脊液耳鼻漏。

Exclusion criteria：

A. Patients with severe heart and lung insufficiency;
B. Nasal airway obstruction, nasal bone fracture, obvious nasal septum deviation;
C. Obvious abnormal coagulation function;
D. Craniocerebral injury;
E. cerebrospinal fluid otorrhinorrhea.
