研究目的：

本研究拟在前期研究基础上，验证基于MOST理论设计的饮食管理项目在溃疡性结肠炎患者中的干预效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on previous studies, this study intends to verify the effect of dietary management program designed based on MOST theory in patients with ulcerative colitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）通过肠镜和组织学检查确诊的溃疡性结肠炎患者，疾病分期处于症状缓解期和轻、中度活动期，即改良Mayo评分系统评估，评分≥3分；
（2）确诊6个月以上的患者，年龄在18至65周岁；
（3）至少有一部智能手机，并可熟练操作手机；
（4）自愿参加并能接受随机试验，签署研究知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Having a diagnosis of ulcerative colitis（confirmed by colonoscopy and histological results）; in remission and in the stage of mild to moderate activity;
(2) Aged between 18 and 65 with diagnosis for more than 6 months;
(3) Have at least one smart phone and can skillfully operate it;
(4) Be willing to participate in the randomized trial and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）认知障碍、语言沟通障碍等影响交流者；
（2）正在参加，或一年内参加其他临床研究或心理治疗的患者；
（3）具有严重的原发性心、肝、肺、肾、血液或影响其生存的严重疾病者；
（4）妊娠或正准备妊娠的妇女，哺乳期妇女；
（5）入组前4周内接受过激素治疗；
（6）严重营养不良，素食主义、严重偏食或因宗教信仰等有明显特殊饮食需求的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with cognitive impairment and language barriers;
(2) Patients who are participating in, or have participated in, other clinical studies or psychotherapy within one year;
(3) Patients with serious primary heart, liver, lung, kidney and blood diseases or serious diseases affecting their survival;
(4) Women who are pregnant or are planning to become pregnant, and breast-feeding women;
(5) Receiving hormone therapy within 4 weeks before enrollment;
(6) Patients with severe malnutrition, vegetarianism, severe partial eating or obvious special dietary needs due to religious belief.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1.数据采集：由经过统一培训的临床护士指导患者填写问卷信息。 2.数据录入：采用epidata进行双录入，再比对其正确率，如有不相同之处，查找原始问卷进行修改。

1. Data collection: unified training of clinical nurses guide patients to fill in the questionnaire information. 2. Data input was conducted for double input by epidata, and then compare the correct rate. If there is any difference, find the original questionnaire for modification.
