研究目的：

主要目的：建立盆底重建手术后快速康复电生理治疗的靶向区域和精准电刺激参数，研究在盆底手术患者应用电生理治疗促进快速康复的临床应用模式。 次要目的：建立盆底重建术后快速康复的大数据库。  

Objectives of Study：

The main purpose: to establish the target area and precise electrical stimulation parameters for rapid rehabilitation of electrophysiological therapy after pelvic floor reconstruction surgery, and to study the clinical application model of electrophysiological therapy to promote rapid recovery in patients with pelvic floor surgery. Secondary purpose: to establish a large database of rapid recovery after pelvic floor reconstruction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄≥18 岁；
2. 盆底功能障碍性疾病手术治疗的患者，包括尿失禁、盆腔脏器脱垂等；
3. 同意参加本研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged >= 18 years;
2. Patients undergoing surgical treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction diseases, including urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, etc.;
3. Agree to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

合并严重内外科疾病患者；治疗部位有破损、溃疡或感染；急性感染期、高热、昏迷；妊娠期、经期；心肝肾功能不全者；有电刺激治疗禁忌症，如心脏起搏器等医用刺激器；有下肢深静脉血栓形成史者、恶性肿瘤患者及其他慢性疾病患者；经研究者判断认为不适合参与本试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with severe medical and surgical diseases; damaged, ulcer or infection at the treatment site; acute infection, high fever, coma; pregnancy, menstruation; patients with heart, liver and kidney dysfunction; contraindications to electrical stimulation, such as cardiac pacemakers, etc.; people with a history of deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities, patients with malignant tumors and patients with other chronic diseases; patients judged by the investigator to be unsuitable to participate in this trial.
