The diagnostic criteria of the individuals in congenital diseases groups meets international diagnostic criteria of congenital diseases. The subjects are diagnosed definitely

排除标准：

疾病诊断不明确，是否为先天性不明确。

Disease diagnosis is uncertain or congenital factors can’t be sure
