研究目的：

房颤作为最常见的心律失常，其主要危害在于房颤相关卒中和死亡。导管射频消融是治疗长程持续性房颤的有效方法，消融治疗持续性房颤过程中存在两种手术终点，分别为房颤在消融中终止和房颤在完成既定消融术式后未终止而需要通过药物或同步电复律实现窦性心律的转复。其中，房颤在消融中终止是理想的手术终点，可以逆转心房电重构，并预示着患者具有良好的长期预后。目前关于术前预测射频消融治疗持续性房颤手术终点的因素未被明确阐明，本研究旨在寻找术前预测持续性房颤消融术中终止方式的预测因子，为长程持续性房颤导管射频消融术前评估及术中治疗提供参考依据，有助于指导医生更好的选择适合导管射频消融治疗的长程持续性房颤患者。  

Objectives of Study：

Termination of long-standing persistent atrial fibrillation (PeAF) during catheter ablation has been regarded as the reversal of atrial electrical remodeling and demonstrated to improve the long-term success. However, the predictors for long-standing PeAF termination following ablation have not been well clarified.We aimed to address the pre-procedural determinants of PeAF termination during ablation.

纳入标准：

根据HRS/EHRA/ECAS 2007房颤指南，经心电图或Holter证实的经药物治疗无效的症状性长程持续性房颤患者

Inclusion criteria

Patients with drug-refractory symptomaticlngstanding persistent atrial fibrillation according to HRS/EHRA/ECAS 2007 guideline of management of atrial fibrillation.

排除标准：

1.具各类心肌病、先天性心脏病、冠心病、中重度瓣膜疾病、甲状腺功能亢进、心脏外科手术病史、3度房室传导阻滞的患者
2.既往接受过导管射频消融的患者

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with congenital heart diseases, thyroid dysfunction, experiences of cardiac surgery, moderate-to-severe valvular heart diseases and heart failure
