研究目的：

1、基于纳米孔测序技术，构建面向呼吸道感染病原体快速、精准检测和分析平台；同时建立呼吸道感染性疾病专属的多模态大数据平台，辅助临床诊治的决策； 2、通过临床队列的验证，实现呼吸道感染病原体的快速、精准诊断；同时智能辅助临床优化诊治方案。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Based on nanopore sequencing technology, a platform for rapid and accurate detection and analysis of respiratory tract infection pathogens was constructed; At the same time, a multi-modal large data platform for respiratory infectious diseases will be established to assist in the decision-making of clinical diagnosis and treatment. 2. Through the validation of clinical cohort, the rapid and accurate diagnosis of respiratory tract infection pathogens can be realized; At the same time, intelligent assistant clinical optimization diagnosis and treatment program.

纳入标准：

I. 住院患者，年龄>18岁；
II. 影像学提示肺部有渗出病灶；
III. 后续有病原学依据；
IV. 能够进行语言或文字交流，同意参加本研究并签署知情同意，有能力完成试验相关的检查。

Inclusion criteria

I. Hospitalized patients, aged > 18 years;
II. There was exudative lesions in the lung;
III. Etiological evidence was available in the follow-up;
IV. Be able to communicate in language or written, agree to participate in this study and sign informed consent, and have the ability to complete the test related examination.

排除标准：

HIV病毒阳性或AIDS患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Positive for HIV or AIDS.
