研究目的：

本项目拟采用前瞻性队列研究，通过收集包括一般信息，社会人口学资料，体格检查（体重，身高，血压等），实验室检查（血红蛋白，血糖浓度等），膳食调查（FFQ），生活方式，母乳喂养，情绪健康和环境因素等数据。评价母婴营养状况，探讨营养与环境交互作用对母婴健康的影响。为孕期合理膳食、降低环境污染物暴露提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

In this project, we attempt to collect information including general information, sociodemographic data, physical examination (weight, height, blood pressure, etc.), laboratory tests (hemoglobin, blood glucose concentration, etc.), dietary survey (FFQ), lifestyle, breastfeeding, emotional health and other environmental factors. We aim to evaluate the maternal and child nutritional status and to explore the interaction of nutrition and environmental exposure on maternal and infant health. The achievements of this project will provide scientific evidence for rational diet and prevention of environmental exposure during pregnancy.

纳入标准：

①怀孕且计划在武汉市中心医院、江岸区妇幼保健院、汉阳区妇幼保健院进行例行产检和分娩的初次纳入孕周<16周的单胎孕妇
②孕妇本人同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书
③孕妇无严重遗传缺陷病和精神疾病

Inclusion criteria

1. Singleton pregnant women attending the first visit (<16 weeks ) at a maternity clinic in one of these following hospitals in Wuhan, China: The Central Hospital of Wuhan,Jiang'an Maternal and Child Health Hospita,Han'yang Maternal and Child Health Hospita as well as prepare to deliver at this hospital;
2. Pregnant women who agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent;
3. Pregnant women without serious genetic defects and mental illness.

排除标准：

1.母亲有以下疾病：糖尿病、高血压、甲状腺疾病和其他内分泌疾病或服用相关药物者;
2.妊娠期因各种原因终止妊娠者、妊娠为双胎或多胎者
3.未获得知情同意者；
4.孕妇具有沟通障碍；
5.拒绝调查。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The mothers who have one of the following diseases: diabetes, hypertension, thyroid diseases and other endocrine disease or on certain medications;
2. Termination of pregnancy due to various reasons, twin pregnancy or multiple pregnancy;
3. Those we did obtain their informed consent;
4. Pregnant women who have communication barriers;
5. Refuse to participate.
