研究目的：

验证上海形状记忆合金材料有限公司生产的生物可降解房间隔缺损封堵器和介入输送装置用于房间隔缺损封堵治疗的有效性和安全性  

Objectives of Study：

o verify the efficacy and safety of biodegradable atrial septal defect occluder and interventional delivery device manufactured by Shanghai Shape Memory Alloy Materials Co., Ltd. for atrial septal defect occluding treatment

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄2-65周岁（含），性别不限。
（2）继发孔型房间隔缺损（ASD），缺损直径≥5mm，伴右心容量负荷增加，≤ 28 mm 的左向右分流房间隔缺损（ASD）。
（3）缺损边缘至冠状静脉窦，上、下腔静脉及肺静脉的距离≥5 mm；至房室瓣≥7 mm。
（4）不合并必须外科手术的其他心脏畸形。
（5）自愿参加本临床试验，并签署受试者知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

（1）Age 2-65 years old (inclusive), gender is not limited.
(2) Secondary perforated atrial septal defect (ASD) with diameter ≥5mm, right ventricular volume load increased, and left to right shunting ASD ≤ 28 mm.
(3) The distance from the defect edge to the coronary sinus, superior, inferior vena cava and pulmonary vein was ≥5 mm;Atrioventricular valve ≥7 mm.
(4) No other cardiac malformations requiring surgery.
(5) Volunteer to participate in the clinical trial, and sign the informed consent of the subjects.

排除标准：

（1）原发孔型ASD 及静脉窦型ASD。
（2）感染性心内膜炎。
（3）伴有与ASD 无关的严重心肌疾患或瓣膜疾病。
（4）严重肺动脉高压导致右向左分流。
（5）封堵器安置处有血栓存在（尤其是左心房或者左心耳血栓），导管插入处有静脉血栓形成。
（6）有出血性疾病或已知凝血功能障碍，或会拒绝输血。
（7）伴有除ASD以外需要治疗的其他结构性心脏病的患者。
（8）有抗血小板治疗的禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Primary pore type ASD and venous sinus type ASD.
(2) Infectious endocarditis.
(3) Complicated with severe myocardial disease or valvular disease unrelated to ASD.
(4) Severe pulmonary hypertension leads to right-to-left shunt.
(5) Thrombosis was found at the placement of the occluder (especially left atrium or left atrial appendage thrombosis), and venous thrombosis was found at the insertion of the catheter.
(6) Have hemorrhagic disease or known coagulation dysfunction, or refuse blood transfusion.
(7) patients with structural heart disease other than ASD requiring treatment.
(8) There are contraindications to antiplatelet therapy.(5) Volunteer to participate in the clinical trial, and sign the informed consent of the subjects.
