All patients underwent pancreaticoduodenectomy at the Panyananthaphikkhu Chonprathan Medical Center for malignant and benign diseases of periampullary region

Inclusion criteria

All patients underwent pancreaticoduodenectomy at the Panyananthaphikkhu Chonprathan Medical Center for malignant and benign diseases of periampullary region

排除标准：

the unresectable malignant lesion and patients who were unfit for surgery and had uncontrolled severe comorbidities such as ischemic heart disease, cirrhosis, respiratory diseases requiring oxygenation, and end-stage renal disease

Exclusion criteria：
