会阴部手术，肝肾功能正常，家属同意

Inclusion criteria

Perineal surgery, normal liver and kidney function, family consent

排除标准：

骶尾部畸形，骶尾部感染，家属不同意，肝肾功能异常，凝血异常

Exclusion criteria：

Sacrococcygeal malformation, sacrococcygeal infection, family disapproval, abnormal liver and kidney function, abnormal coagulation
