纳入标准：

1.诊断为翼状胬肉，年龄40-80岁；2.无严重全身疾病及精神疾病，可以耐受手术治疗；3.理解手术的作用及可能出现的并发症。

Inclusion criteria

1.Pterygium, age 40-80 years old; 2.With no severe systemic diseases; 3.Understand the complications of the surgery.
