研究目的：

了解三尖瓣瓣环扩张伴轻度反流的二尖瓣置换手术患者同期行三尖瓣成形术是否更有利于这些患者术后右房室径和三尖瓣瓣环径的缩小、三尖瓣反流程度的减轻及右心室功能的改善，从而为临床决定是否为这些患者同期处理  

Objectives of Study：

The main purpose is to understanding the tricuspid valve annulus dilation with mild regurgitation in the patients undergoing mitral valve replacement (MVR) with concomitant tricuspid valve annuloplasty. Is it more conducive to these patients the right atrioventricular decrease and tricuspid valve annulus diameter narrow, the degree of tricuspid regurgitation decrease and right ventricular function improved? The result is whether to provide an objective basis for repairing tricuspid valve in these patients undergoing MVR in the same period.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

需施行二尖瓣置换手术的瓣膜病患者，若术前超声心动图检查有三尖瓣轻度反流、且三尖瓣最大瓣环径与患者体表面积之比大于21mm/ m2进入本研究。

Inclusion criteria

patients with mitral valve diseases that need surgical treatments,if the patient’s echocardiographic examination of preoperation is mild tricuspid regurgitation with the maximal tricuspid annulus dimension/body surface area ≥ 21mm/m2, were recruited as subjects in present study.

排除标准：

中度及中度以上的三尖瓣反流；伴有三尖瓣狭窄；再次心脏手术；感染性心内膜炎；Ebstein’s畸形。

Exclusion criteria：

moderate or above tricuspid regurgitation; tricuspid stenosis; cardiac reoperation; tricuspid regurgitation induced by infective endocarditis; Ebstein’s anomaly.
