研究目的：

（1）建立一套聚焦于2型糖尿病患者饮食干预的、基于心理学双过程理论的、适合在社区开展的完整的助推干预方案； （2）实现助推干预方案在社区糖尿病管理中的应用，并进行有效性的临床验证； （3）阐释助推策略发挥作用的可能的脑神经机制。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To establish a complete community nudge intervention program that focuses on diet intervention for patients with type 2 diabetes and is based on psychological dual-process theory; (2) To realize the application of nudge intervention program in the management of diabetes in the community, and to conduct clinical verification of its effectiveness; (3) To explain the possible neural mechanism of nudging strategies.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合《中国2型糖尿病防治指南2017版》制定的2型糖尿病诊断标准；
②年龄在18-60岁；
③BMI≥24kg/m2；
④未来2年内居住在北京
⑤知情同意

Inclusion criteria

1. It meets the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes formulated in China Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes (2017 Edition);
2. aged between 18 and 60 years;
3. BMI 24 kg/m2;
4. Live in Beijing in the next 2 years;
5. Informed consent.

排除标准：

① 合并严重心、脑、肾、眼、足和神经系统并发症（增殖性视网膜病，肾病IV期以上或者肌酐>2mg/dl，心功能III级以下，有脑血管意外后遗症，糖尿病足I级以上）；
② 目前采用胰岛素等注射类降糖药物治疗；
③ 有精神异常、认知障碍、不能合作者；
④ 正在参加其他研究课题的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Complications of serious heart, brain, kidney, eye, foot and nervous system complications (proliferative retinopathy, nephropathy above stage IV or creatinine >2mg/ dL, heart function below grade III, sequelae of cerebrovascular accident, diabetic foot above grade I);
② At present, insulin and other injectable hypoglycemic drugs are used for treatment;
③have mental disorder, cognitive impairment, unable to cooperate;
④ patients who are participating in other research projects.

随机分组方案由1名研究助理（不参与干预实施、数据采集和分析）通过SPSS进行区组随机分组产生，具体操作步骤为首先用1-12数字代表各个站点名称，其次用随机数字生成器生成种子20210312，接着用随机函数生成12个0-1之间的随机数，最后通过可视分箱化将12个随机数等分成3组，每组4个随机数。
