研究目的：

探讨弹性成像技术在慢性肾脏病评估中的应用价值，为临床早期诊断及无创评估慢性肾脏病病情进展提供一种较为客观、量化的技术方法。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the application value of elastography in the evaluation of chronic kidney disease, and to provide a relatively objective and quantitative technical method for early clinical diagnosis and non-invasive evaluation of the disease progression of chronic kidney disease.

纳入标准：

年龄18-75岁，符合WHO制定的慢性肾脏病的诊断标准

Inclusion criteria

They are 18-75 years old and meet the diagnostic criteria of chronic kidney disease established by WHO

排除标准：

合并急性肾损伤(AKI)或其他弹性敏感疾病（囊肿、结石、肿块、积水或肾肿瘤）的患者；肾移植受者或孤立肾患者；不能屏气配合的患者

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with acute kidney injury (AKI) or other elastic sensitive diseases (cysts, stones, masses, fluid, or renal tumors);Kidney transplant recipients or isolated kidney patients;Patients who can't hold their breath
