了解HSP27对涎腺腺样囊性癌的生物学作用  

Objectives of Study：

To understand the biological effect of HSP27 on adenoid cystic carcinoma of salivary gland

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.初治患者且均行手术治疗；2、经组织病理学检查确诊为 SACC，病理切片由两位独立的病理科医师重新评估；3、肿瘤起源于大涎腺、小涎腺。

Inclusion criteria

1. All the newly treated patients underwent surgical treatment; 2. SACC was confirmed by histopathological examination, and the pathological sections were re-evaluated by two independent pathologists; 3. The tumor originated from the major and minor salivary glands.

排除标准：

术前接受放疗、化疗及免疫治疗等其他治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

Preoperative radiotherapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy and other treatment.
