研究目的：

评价复方樟柳碱治疗眼肌麻痹的临床疗效及其副作用  

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed to evaluate the possible efficacy and side-effects of CA for opthalmoplegia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

纳入标准：（1）年龄18-75周岁；（2）诊断符合眼肌麻痹的诊断标准；（3）入组前30天内未使用过复方樟柳碱；（4）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

We included participants aged 18-75 years with opthalmoplegia. In addition, no compound anisodine was taken within the last month prior to study entry; and informed consent document has been signed.

排除标准：

排除标准：（1）病因由创伤，动脉瘤，肿瘤压迫，严重中风，感染，炎症等引起；（2）拒绝使用复方樟柳碱治疗；（3）拒绝完成实验。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria included: etiology of trauma, aneurysm, tumor compression, major stroke, infection, or inflammation; Rejection of compound anisodine therapy; and failed to accept the completion of clinical treatment.
