研究目的：

观察肝癌肝移植术后“奥沙利铂联合5-氟尿嘧啶-甲酰四氢叶酸钙”辅助化疗抗肿瘤复发的疗效  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the efficacy of adjuvant chemotherapy with Oxaliplatin, 5-fluorouracil (5-Fu) and calcium folinic Acid (CF) on the recurrence and survival of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients who did not meet Milan criteria after liver transplantation (LT).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

奥沙利铂；5-氟尿嘧啶；甲酰四氢叶酸钙 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Oxaliplatin,5-Fluorouracil, Calcium Folinic Acid 

纳入标准：

1、超过米兰标准的肝癌肝移植术后的患者，术前无肝外脏器转移及大血管侵犯
2、术后病理证实为肝细胞癌的患者
3、术后无肿瘤复发和转移病灶
4、自愿入组参加，患者或其法定代理人签署书面知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who were excluded by Milan criteria， not with extrahepatic metastasis and the inferior vena cava tumor thrombus received liver transplantation2. The specimens of patients were pathologically diagnosed to be HCC3. Patients without tumor recurrence and metastasis after liver transplantation4. Patients volunteered to join, the patient or his legal representative sign a written on the informed consent form

排除标准：

1、肝移植后全身情况差，肝功异常者或伴有血常规异常者（白细胞<3×109/L、血红蛋白<80g/L、血小板<70×109/L），或伴有其他移植术后并发症患者
2、术后并发感染患者
3、术后肿瘤复发、转移或甲胎蛋白升高( ＞400 μg/L)患者
4、依从性差者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with abnorma liver function, leukopenia(<3×109/L), thrombocytopenia(<70×109/L), low hemoglobin(<80g/L),or other complications after liver transplantation
2. Patients with infection after liver transplantation
3. Patients with tumor recurrence and metastasis after liver transplantation, or elevated alpha-fetoprotein (＞400 μg/L)
4. Patients with poor compliance
