研究目的：

系统评价安珐特治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病（NAFLD）患者的有效性和安全性，建立和验证NAFLD无创疗效评估体系，并探讨安珐特治疗NAFLD的可能作用机制。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate efficacy and safety of Anfate (Compound Embryonic Bovine Liver Extract Tablets) for the treatment of patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. To develop a non-invasive evaluation method for efficacy in NAFLD and investigate the possible therapeutic mechanism of Anfate on NAFLD.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.疑有肝细胞癌；
2.合并有病毒性肝炎、药物性肝损伤、自身免疫性肝病、原发性胆汁性肝硬化、肝豆状核变性、血色病以及抗胰蛋白酶缺乏症等疾病；
3.失代偿性肝病，有下列之一指征：血清白蛋白<33g/L；凝血酶原活动度<60%；有腹水、食道静脉曲张破裂出血和肝性脑病等病史；脾功能亢进：白细胞计数<3.5×109/L，血小板计数<80×109/L，血红蛋白<100g/L；
4.肾功能不全：血肌酐>正常值上限1.5倍；
5.伴有其它严重全身性疾病或感染性疾病，如：恶性肿瘤、严重心肺疾患、神经系统疾病、精神病、HIV感染、血吸虫或肝吸虫病、癫痫以及其它病毒混合感染等；
6.血清总胆红素>34.2μmol/L或TC>6.0mmol/L，TG >2.3mmol/L，合并有心脑血管疾病者；
7.孕妇、哺乳期妇女或准备受孕的育龄妇女，有药瘾病人；
8.对本品过敏或不耐受者以及有其他可能影响本品疗效观察因素的患者；
9.使用各种保肝抗炎降酶中西药物、降脂和降糖药物、减肥药物等；
10.合并精神疾病或严重神经官能症患者，或由于智力、精神或语言障碍，不能表达主观不适症状，妨碍与研究者的交流与合作者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) or suspicion of HCC;
2. History of liver disease (chronic viral hepatitis, drug-induced liver disease, autoimmune hepatitis, primary biliary cirrhosis, Wilson's disease, hemochromatosis and α1-antitrypsin deficiency);
3. Decompensated liver disease with the following criteria: Albumin <33g/L, prothrombin activity<60%, history of ascites, bleeding from esophageal varices, hepatic encephalopathy. WBC <3.5*10^9/L, platelet count <80*10^9/L, hemoglobin (Hgb) concentration < 100 g/L;
4. Renal impairment (creatinine > 1.5*ULN);
5. Significant systemic illnesses or infectious diseases, including malignancy, cerebrovascular disease, pulmonary disease with hypoxia, serious psychiatric disease, HIV infection, schistosomiasis, clonorchiasis, seizure disorder and virus co-infections;
6. Total Bilirubin > 34.2umol, TC >6.0mmol/L, TG >2.3mmol/L;
7. Patients wth gestation or or lactation, or females who expecting gestation during clinical trial. Evidence of drug or substance abuse;
8. History of drug allergy to Anfate. Any other conditions, which, in the opinion of the investigators would impede competence or compliance or possibility of hindering completion of the study.
9. Use of any liver protectant and anti-inflammatory Chinese and Western medicine, antihyperlipidemic agents, anti-diabetic drugs and weight loss medications;
10. Patients with history of severe psychiatric disease.
