研究目的:

通过比较视听觉督导强化和视听动觉督导强化对提高CPR远期技能保持的效果,探讨一种有效可行的CPR技能强化模式,旨在延长CPR技能保持时间。  

Objectives of Study:

We make a comparison of two reinforcement modes (Audio-visual versus Audio-visual –Practice) we devised, aiming to find an optimal mode for skills reinforcement after CPR targeted training, in order to prolong the maintenance of the skills.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

① 可能入选的家属中在过去2年内参加过CPR的培训
②病人或家属患有严重的其他生理心理或精神疾病
③病人或家属为医务工作者
④剔除在培训后即刻理论知识或技能考核不合格的家属

Exclusion criteria:

Family members were excluded if they had a physical or mental disability that might affect performance of CPR or if they had taken a CPR class within the preceding 2 years. Moreover, families were excluded if their overall performances or CPR-related knowledge was classified as inadequate. Patients and family members were also excluded if either were younger than 18 years or were health care providers(ie doctor, nurse and paramedic).
