研究目的：

本研究拟观察鱼油能够显著降低非酒精性脂肪性肝病（NAFLD）患者的BMI，并改善NAFLD的糖脂代谢、胰岛素敏感性、临床生化指标和/或影像学指标。并对其机制进行初步探讨。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to investigate if fish oil can reduce the NAFLD patients'BMI, improves the patients' glycolipid metabolism, insulin sensitivity, biochemistry index and/or imageology index. And primary discussion the mechanism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①凡是有过量饮酒或肝炎病毒感染者或非本地常住居民。 ②近半年内服用过任何明确影响血脂、血糖代谢的药物。 ③患有胃肠道疾病、各种严重的慢性疾病或肝肾功能不全、恶性肿瘤的患者。 ④研究前一个月内曾患有急慢性感染性疾病、外伤或手术。 ⑤依从性差的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Excessive drinking, Hepatitis virus infector or not Usual residents;
2. Undertake any medicine that influence glucose and lipid metabolism last 6 months;
3. Suffer from gastrointestinal disease, severe chronic disease and liver or kidney disfunctions, malignant tumors;
4. suffer from any acute or chronic infectious diseases or injury, or receive any surgery;
5. incompliance.
