研究目的:

我们早期研究证明了自体造血干细胞移植治疗糖尿病周围血管病变的安全性及有效性,此项研究我们进一步评价自体骨髓干细胞移植治疗糖尿病神经病变的安全性及有效性。  

Objectives of Study:

We had proved the safety and effectivity of autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for the treatment of diabetic PAD before. Then we performed this study to evaluate the effect of autologous bone marrow stem cell transplantation on nerve conduction velocity in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.其它原因引起的神经病变;2.患有肿瘤、HIV阳性,梅毒,活动性肝炎,心脏病、肝肾功不全、妊娠和精神病以及内分泌相关的疾病等。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Neuropathy of other origin;
2. Abnormal liver function tests; Seropositivity for HIV,HBVand HCV; History of myocardial infarction or unstable angina in the previous 3 months; History of malignancy; Active infections; Serious mental conditions.
