研究目的：

评价PanTum技术对我国常见高发恶性肿瘤的筛查效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of PanTum technique in screening common malignant tumors among the Chinese population.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）患有严重的身体残疾或认知障碍；（2）有严重的心、脑、肺、肾功能障碍（ECOG评分大于0分）；（3）抽血前8周内有以下情况：抗风湿药治疗、免疫调节治疗、疫苗注射、手术。（4）既往脾切除史。（5）血液系统疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Has a serious physical disability or cognitive impairment; (2) Severe heart, brain, lung, and renal dysfunction (ECOG score > 0); (3) The following conditions occurred 8 weeks before the blood draw: antirheumatic drug therapy, immunomodulatory therapy, vaccine injection, surgery. (4) Previous splenectomy history. (5) Diseases of the blood system.

病例:（1）病理或者影像学确诊为非小细胞肺癌、食管癌、胃癌、结直肠癌、肝癌、乳腺癌、宫颈癌、鼻咽癌或者癌前病变（2）病例初次入院未接受任何治疗；（3）可采集到血液样本；(4)无免疫缺陷疾病既往史和现患；（5）签署了知情同意书。

Cases :(1) pathologically or radiologically confirmed as non-small cell lung cancer, esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, liver cancer, breast cancer, cervical cancer, nasopharyngeal cancer or precancerous lesions; (2) the case did not receive any treatment at the first admission; (3) Blood samples can be&

容易混淆的疾病人群（即与目标疾病不易区分的一种或多种不同疾病，应避免采用正常人群对照的病例-对照设计）：

对照：（1）经影像学、内镜、TCT和血清肿瘤标志物筛查未发现肿瘤；（2）可采集到血液样本；(3)无免疫缺陷疾病既往史和现患；（4）签署了知情同意书。

Control :(1) no tumor was detected by imaging, endoscopy, TCT and serum tumor markers; (2) Blood samples can be collected; (3) No past or present history of immunodeficiency disease; (4) Informed consent was signed.
