研究目的：	评估飞秒激光角膜屈光手术矫正近视散光的有效性、安全性、预测性、稳定性以及相关临床指标。
Objectives of Study：	To investigate the clinical efficacy, safety, predictability and stability of corneal refractive surgery with femtosecond laser as well as other clinical parameters for the treatment of myopia.
药物成份或治疗方案详述：
Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：
纳入标准：	纳入标准：入选患者为对配戴框架眼镜或隐形眼镜矫正近视效果不满意且要求手术者。最小年龄满18周岁，近视稳定至少1年以上，最佳矫正视力大于或等于20/25（0.8），有足够的角膜厚度（预计术后角膜厚度>400μm以及预计剩余角膜基质床厚度大于>250 μm），除了近视或近视散光无眼部其他疾病或外伤等情况。
Inclusion criteria	The patients are unsatisfactory correction with spectacles or contact lenses and ask for refractive surgery; a minimum age of 18 years, stable myopia for at least 1 year, corrected distance visual acuity (CDVA)>= 20 / 25 (>=0.80), sufficient corneal thickness (estimated total postoperative corneal thickness >400um and estimated residual thickness of the stromal bed >250um); and no other ocular diseases or conditions except myopia with or without astigmatism.
排除标准：	怀疑有圆锥角膜，活动性眼疾病或之前有手术外伤史者，以及有任何眼屈光手术禁忌症的近视患者。
Exclusion criteria：	Exclusion criteria were suspicion of keratectasia, active ocular disease and history of prior ocular surgery or trauma, or any contraindications for the refractive procedure.
