研究目的：

探讨COL7A1转基因自体组织工程皮肤移植物用于治疗隐性营养不良型大疱性表皮松解症的安全性和可行性。

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the safety and efficacy of COL7A1 transgenic epidermal autograft for the treatment of Recessive Dystrophic Epidermolysis Bullosa (RDEB).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1) 研究者判断患者有较明显营养不良表现（如体重指数（Body mass index, BMI）< 18 kg/m2）者；
2) 天疱疮抗体、类天疱疮抗体或C7抗体检测呈阳性者；
3) 接受过异体皮肤移植或重组C7蛋白治疗者；
4) 拟移植创面曾发生确认或疑似鳞状皮肤癌者；
5) 孕期或哺乳期者；
6) 在研究期间不能采取避孕措施者；
7) 药物或酒精成瘾者；
8) 庆大霉素过敏者；
9) 30天内参加过其他临床试验者；
10) 受试者计划一年内接受重大手术或其他复杂治疗方法者；
11) 同时患有其他较严重遗传或非遗传疾病，预期对患者安全性产生不良影响或对本试验结果有干扰者，如（仅举例，不限于以下疾病）较严重的活动性感染、控制不佳的急慢性心肺疾病、肝肾功能不全、糖尿病、自身免疫病、恶性肿瘤等；
12) 研究者认为不合适入组的其他医学事件。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Apparent evidence of malnutrition (e.g. BMI<18kg/m2) as determined by investigators;
2) Presence of pemphigus or pemphigoid antibodies or COL7A1 autoantibody;
3) History of allogeneic skin transplantation or treatment by recombinant COL7A1 proteins;
4) History of confirmed or suspected squamous skin carcinoma on planned transplantation area;
5) Women in pregnancy or breast-feeding;
6) Subjects that cannot comply with contraceptive measures during the study period;
7) Addiction to drugs or alcohol;
8) Allergy to gentamicin;
9) Participation in other clinical trials in the last 30 days;
10) Subjects with plans to undergo major surgery or other complex therapies;
11) Presence of other severe genetic or non-genetic diseases expected to compromise the safety of the study or complicate the interpretation of study results, including but not limited to: active severe infection, poorly controlled acute/chronic cardiac or pulmonary disease, abnormal liver or renal function, diabetes, autoimmune diseases, malignant tumors.
12) Other Clinically significant medical conditions as determined by investigators.
