Primary objective: Differences of seizure incidence rate between patients with levetiracetam prophylaxis and those without drugs. Secondary objectives: Adverse events of levetiracetam

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 颅骨成形术同时行脑室-腹腔分流术
2. 术后出现颅内血肿或感染
3. 有癫痫家族史

Exclusion criteria：

1. Subjects with hydrocephalus who underwent vertriculperitoneal shunt at the same time with cranioplasty;
2. Subjects present intracranial hematoma or infection after cranioplasty;
3. Subjects with family epilepsy history.
