研究目的：

本试验的主要目的是确定与安慰剂对照组相比，枸杞多糖在减少NAFLD患者肝损伤方面的疗效。本研究的次要目的是研究补充枸杞多糖对肠道微生物群、肠屏障功能、机体成分、炎症因子的影响，以及干预的可接受性和安全性。

Objectives of Study：

The primary aim of this trial is to determine the efficacy of LBP supplements in reducing hepatic injury in patients with NAFLD compared to the placebo control group. Secondary objectives of this study include investigating the effects of supplementation with LBP on the gut microbiota, intestinal barrier function, body composition, inflammatory cytokines as well as the acceptance and safety for the intervention.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 在过去的6个月里，男性饮酒量超过140g/周，女性超过70g/周；
2. 患者有急性或慢性病毒性肝炎、药物性肝病或自身免疫性肝炎的病史；
3. 患者有炎症性肠道疾病、或其他慢性炎症者；
4. 糖尿病，不受控制的高血压、慢性肾脏疾病、甲状腺机能亢进、在6个月内出现过心肌梗死或心脏衰竭；
5. 正在服用其他药物者如含益生菌的补充剂和食品、免疫抑制剂、抗生素、皮质类固醇药物、丙戊酸和胺碘酮等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. In the past six months, men who drink more than 140g / week and women who drink more than 70g / week;
2. Patients with a history of acute or chronic viral hepatitis, drug-induced liver disease or autoimmune hepatitis;
3. Patients with inflammatory bowel disease or other chronic inflammation;
4. Patients with diabetes, uncontrolled hypertension, chronic kidney disease, hyperthyroidism, myocardial infarction or heart failure within 6 months;
5. Patients who are taking other drugs, such as probiotic supplements and foods, immunosuppressants, antibiotics, corticosteroid drugs, valproic acid and amiodarone.
