研究目的：

1. 建立适合于中西部地区开展的基层糖尿病视网膜病变的筛查模式，建立适合本地区的糖尿病眼病综合防治体系。 2. 完成对本地区糖尿病视网膜病变人群的大范围筛查，实现对该病的早发现、早诊断、早治疗，降低糖尿病视网膜病变的致盲率。 3. 建立长治地区糖尿病视网膜病变健康大数据库，该数据库的建成可以为政府健康政策制定提供重要依据和参考。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Establish a screening model for diabetic retinopathy in the central and western regions, and establish a comprehensive prevention and treatment system for diabetic ophthalmopathy in this region. 2. Complete the large-scale screening of diabetic retinopathy in this area, realize the early detection, diagnosis and treatment of the disease, and reduce the blindness rate of diabetic retinopathy. 3. Establish a large database of diabetic retinopathy health in Changzhi area, which can provide important basis and reference for government health policy making.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.因身体严重/其他疾病无法配合检查。
2.屈光介质混浊（如角膜溃疡、角膜白斑、严重白内障、玻璃体积血或大量渗出患者）。
3.图像采集质量差。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who are unable to cooperate with the examination due to serious / other diseases.
2. Patients with turbid refractive media (such as corneal ulcer, corneal leukoplakia, severe cataract, vitreous hemorrhage or massive exudation).
3. The quality of image acquisition is poor.

The diagnostic result of three ophthalmologists with more than 10 years of experience based on 7SF photography, and the diagnostic results confirmed by at least 2 ophthalmologists.
