To determine whether high dose intravenous vitamin C (HDIVC) could be used as an effective rescue therapy for severe and critical COVID-19 patients.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）在治疗期间合并肿瘤发生；
2）处于怀孕或哺乳期；

Exclusion criteria：

1. During the treatment, the tumor occurred;
