To evaluate the efficacy of dexmedetomidine combined with a low dose of oral ketamine as a premedication for children undergoing eye surgery.

近期上呼吸道感染，精神疾病或中枢神经系统障碍及右美托咪定过敏史者

Exclusion criteria：

a recent history of a respiratory tract infection, a medical history of congenital, hereditary, or mental diseases, severe dysfunction of the CNS or increased intracranial pressure, or a history of dexmedetomidine allergies
